Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations for Title 38 staff only will be handled in the same manner as the mandatory Influenza vaccination.

Staff has two oprions for a waiver, medical or religious.

All declarations and/or waivers must be given to Employee Health only.

If you are not vaccinated, you must wear a mask at all times.  Which is already in place for all staff.

We are still waiting on guidance on regular testing on non-vaccinated staff. Which is already taking place in CLC and COVID floor.
