As of Monday, November 2^nd, Service Chiefs were provided with their service’s list of names of staff that have not yet submitted Appendix B to Occupational Health; these lists will be distributed weekly.  Service Chiefs were asked to initiate one on one communications (coaching) with their staff whose names appeared on the list about the requirements of Directive 1192 and assist staff in understanding what is required with App B.   If after informal communication/coaching occurs, the employee’s name appears a second, third time on the list from Occ Health, then a formal/written notification will be issued to the employee as a means to provide clear and concise language on the expectations of the Directive. Subsequent written notifications will be sent to employees who are repeatedly on the list. 

Staff are required to submit Appendix B by 30 November 2020, or face discipline for failure to follow a VA Directive (VA Directive 1192).
