At a time when employee retention, recruitment and pay issues are plaguing the VA workforce, the VA is considering whether to downgrade thousands of both Wage Grade and General Schedule employees.

These downgrades would negatively impact recruitment, retention, and pay of thousands of workers across the country, many of whom are veterans.  

We’re taking a stand to protect VA workers and jobs, but we need your help. Sign this petition and tell Secretary McDonough that we will not stand for any more downgrades.
